Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, the cancellation request must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
For custom cakes or special orders, cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
Orders cancelled within the allowed time frame will be refunded to the original payment method used during checkout.
Same-Day Orders
Orders placed for same-day delivery or pickup are not eligible for cancellation or refund, as preparation begins immediately after the order is confirmed.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of cakes and pastries, we generally do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
However, refunds or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

Incorrect product delivered

Damaged product during delivery

Quality issues verified by our team
All cases will be reviewed individually by our support team.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method

It may take 3–7 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card provider as processing times may vary.
